I hate fucking reviews

I simply hate fucking performance reviews.

I mean, what's all this shit? Who the hell needs it?

Think about this..
Who gives a damn about you working your ass off night and day, weekends/weekedays?
Who gives a damn that you're put into a project, without any help, no NOTHING but still surviving, not only that but performing too?
Who gives a damn that in spite of not having enough resources, and experience, you still manage to pull through yet another day?
Who gives a damn that eventhough a lot of people reminded you on the consequences of being in this project in the first place, you still took up the challange?
Who gives a damn that you've improved, because all they can ever think about is your mistakes in the past?
Who gives a damn that you try your upmost best in everything, but in the end you can never get anything since the others reporting to the same boss are either people managers or top-notched-10 years experienced-PM's, and that the allocation for each unit, there must be ONE SORE LOSER, and it ends up to be you...
