I am a firm believer that if you want something you have to earn it.
If you want respect, you have to earn it
If you want love, you have to earn it
If you want attention, you have to earn it
You can't just expect for a miracle @ things to fall out of the sky @ everything to work out on its own on your terms, You have to work for it.
You can't expect other people to just give in @ comply @ handover @ bow to you or your needs just because you want them to, just because its seems only natural or you think that its meant to, No matter who you are.
Things dont work out that way.
If they do, then life wouldn't be fair & balanced.

but when it comes to love, sometimes i feel i am loved even when i don't deserve it.
Emm, i kinda agree with you.
But for me, the point I was stressing on love, is more on opening up to love. If we dont open up to love, then its kinda hard for people to love us. So earning love is stressing more on allowing onself to love and be loved.
